Check the server record in the NAB for the server ISpy is complaining about. In that document go to the Port/Notes Network Ports and look at the NetAdresses. Verify that one of the values specified can be resolved by DNS on the server having the problem. It is those values that ISpy uses to find the network name of the target server.
